Our philosophy is simple; we offer the best value product around and rely on our hard-earned reputation to do the rest.

Some of the things that make us different include the following:

Quality – many people don’t appreciate the difference in quality from our product to our many competitors’.  If you don’t already know someone who’s had one of our kitchens, please refer to our letters board in the showroom.  Many customers have kindly offered to bear testament to the quality of our product, installation and service.  After all, it’s exactly the same product as we supply to high-end kitchen retailers and house-builders across the country.

We do not employ traditional sales techniques, such as doubling our prices in order to have a ‘50% sale’ for 11 months of the year.  Neither do we offer ‘free’ products, of which the cost is already built into the kitchen.  We provide an itemised listing rather than a total price, to ensure total pricing transparency.

Absolutely no pressure - When you request a design visit, you are assured of exactly that, with no sales pressure. In fact, designers are not even permitted to supply a quotation on the night.  This will be forwarded to you along with the design and an optional quotation for installation.

We do not profit in any way from installation.  K2GO Approved Installers are selected individuals, at the top of their profession, who although independent, compliment the image and reputation of K2GO.

What you can expect from us:

· You will be called within 2 working days to arrange an appointment.

· Your designer will listen to your requirements, discuss practicalities and make helpful suggestions.

· You will be posted a design and a price within three days of the appointment.

· If at any stage you wish to discuss or amend any aspects of your kitchen, the designer will be only too happy to help.
